Google pays $1.1b to acquire HTC smartphone makers.

This is the second acquisition of a phone maker company by Google (after Motorola).

New horizons for the company involved in a "hardware" mission.

HTC's market capitalization before the deal was about $1.9b. 

Google has bought the license for intellectual property and 2.000 employees.

Google's shares rise while HTC falling. (+17% actually)

Deal will be closed in early 2018.
